Will I still have access to content after my subscription expires?
Once your Younique Coaching subscription has expired, you will no longer be able to access the unlimited content library.
You will however, have full access to our free content which includes the following:
  • Complimentary Articles.
  • Complimentary Short Videos.
  • Complimentary Webinar.
To unlock additional content outside of the free trial, re-subscribe by going to
www.youniquecoaching.com.au/subscriptions/
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel subscription from Website:
  1. Log in to your account from a desktop or mobile browser.
  2. Hover on down arrow symbol in the top right corner on desktop or on mobile browser, as long as you hover on it, multiple options appear.
  3. Click on Profile.
  4. Toggle Button named as AUTO RENEWAL under the Plan Tab in the profile view is appeared as ON. Now Switch it OFF.
  5. A pop-up with multiple reason questions will appear.
  6. Select any one reason option from the list or give other reasons in the text box.
  7. Press continue to confirm.

Your subscription to selected plan will be successfully cancelled and you will get cancel subscription e-mail from Younique Coaching to your linked email account.

Cancel subscription via Android App:
  1. Log into your account in Younique Coaching Anrdoid app.
  2. Tap profile option as User first name appears on the bottom of screen.
  3. Switch OFF the AUTO RENEWAL toggle button in the plan tab in Profile view.
  4. A pop-up with multiple reason questions will appear.
  5. Select any one reason option from the list or give other reasons in the text box.
  6. Press continue to confirm.

Your subscription to selected plan will be successfully cancelled and you will get cancel subscription e-mail from Younique Coaching to your linked email account.


Note: If you purchase subscription plan from Android App or Website then you can easily unsubscribe to it by either from Web or Android App.

  2. Tap on iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap on your Apple ID.
  4. A pop-up will appear – click View Apple ID ( You may be asked to log in).
  5. Tap on Subscriptions.
  6. Tap on subscription that you want to manage (Younique Coaching).
  7. Tap Cancel Subscriptions.When you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Your subscription to selected plan will be successfully cancelled and you will get cancel subscription e-mail from iTunes to your linked email account.

How can I turn off the auto-renew feature for my subscription?

How can I upgrade my subscription?
If you upgrade subscription via Website:
  1. Log in to your account from a desktop or mobile browser.
  2. Click on Subscribe from menu option.
  3. List of all plans appears with current subscribed one.
  4. Click on Subscribe Now button appears under the plans.
  5. If you are already subscribed to current plan with AUTO RENEWAL ON then just fill CVC Number else fill the Payment details.
  6. If you want that subscription plan continues after its end time period, then make AUTO RENEWAL Toggle button ON that appears on the bottom of Plan.
  7. Click on Activate Subscription button that appears on the bottom of Payment view.

You will be successfully subscribed to new plan and you will get upgrade subscription e-mail from Younqiue Coaching to your linked email account.

If you upgrade subscription via Android App:
  1. Log into your account in Younique Coaching android app.
  2. Tap profile option as User first name appears on the bottom of screen.
  3. Tap Change Plan button on Plan Tab.
  4. List of all plans appears with current subscribed one.
  5. Select a plan which you want to upgrade or subscribe.
  6. Click on Change Plan button appears under the plans.
  7. If you are already subscribed to current plan with AUTO RENEWAL ON then just fill CVC Number else fill the Payment details.
  8. If you want that subscription plan continues after its end time period, then make AUTO RENEWAL Toggle button ON.
  9. Click on Activate Subscription button to upgrade you plan.

  1. Log into your account in Younique Coaching Ios app.

  3. Tap Change Plan button on Plan Tab.
  4. List of all plans appears with current subscribed one.
  5. Select a plan which you want to upgrade or subscribe.
  6. Click on Change Plan button.
  7. You will be redirected to the Setting Screen.
  8. Tap on iTunes & App Store.
  9. Tap on your Apple ID.
  10. A pop-up will appear – click View Apple ID ( You may be asked to log in).
  11. Tap on Subscriptions.
  12. Tap on subscription that you want to manage (Younique Coaching).
  13. List of Plans will be appeared with checked marked on current subscribed one.
  14. Select the plan.
  15. Confirmation pop will appear with subscription details.
  16. A pop-up will appear, to enter your iTune ID password.

You will be successfully subscribed to new plan and you will get upgrade subscription e-mail from iTunes to your linked email account.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, our Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically to avoid interruption to your Younique Coaching Journey. Subscriptions automatically renew on the same day (the day you subscribed), unless cancelled or subscribed with AUTO RENEWAL OFF. we will send you a reminder via email 7 days before the renewal takes place for all subscriptions.

I have a Affiliate/Credits. How can I use it to purchase a subscription?
To redeem credits:
In case of Website:
  1. Log in to your account from a desktop or mobile browser.
  2. Click on Subscribe from menu option.
  3. List of all plans appears.
  4. Click on Subscribe now to any plan, a new page with plan details will appear.
  5. In case you have referral credits in your account, the credit details at the top of the payment view will be displayed.
  6. Fill the card details and click Activate Subscription button.
  7. Once the subscription is successful, you can review your invoice summary for the same.
In case of Android App:
  1. Launch Younique Application and select Menu from the bottom tabs.
  2. Click on Subscribe from menu option.
  3. Click on Subscribe now to any plan, a new screen with plan details will appear.
  4. In case you have referral credits in your account, the order summary at the bottom of the page will display total amount payable with credits deducted from the current plan price.
  5. Fill the card details and click Activate Subscription button.
  6. Once the subscription is successful, you can review your invoice summary for the same.
To Use Affiliate Code:
In case of Website:
  1. Use affiliate link.
  2. List of plans will appear with affiliate discount prices.
  3. Click on Subscribe now to any plan, a new screen with plan details will appear.
  4. Fill the card details, then click Activate Subscription button.
  5. Once the subscription is successful,you can review your invoice summary for the same.
In case of Android App:

Use affiliate link.

In case you are already logged in:

  1. You will be redirected to the Subscription Plan Listing Screen with affiliate discount prices.
  2. Click on Subscribe now to any plan, a new screen with plan details will appear.
  3. Fill the card details and click Activate Subscription button.
  4. Once the subscription is successful,you can review your invoice summary for the same.

In case you are already logged out :

  1. You will be redirected to the Sign in / Sign up Screen.
  2. Once you Sign up / Sign in, you will be navigated to Subscription Plan Listing Screen with affiliate discount prices.
  3. Click on Subscribe now to any plan, a new screen with plan details will appear.
  4. Fill the card details and click Activate Subscription button.
  5. Once the subscription is successful,you can review your invoice summary for the same.

Note: Affiliate / Credits process will not work on Younique Coaching iOS App in case of subscription.

Note: Your Younique Coaching account will be linked with your iTunes Account, So your subscription data will be managed by iTunes account.
