Think of your mobile workforce as a fleet. When you hire a car from Hertz or Avis, they know instantly what they have in their fleet. You also need to know which of your temps can do what and when. If they are not compliant with paperwork, testing etc, they are NOT in the car yard ready to go, but parked on the street.
