I attended one of Sophie’s Temp Masterclass sessions in 2013. I arrived at the session not really focused on running a Temp book- but left the class wanting to focus solely on Temp Recruitment. The methodology outlined in Sophie’s training actually works! I established a $8K a week temp desk by following Sophie’s suggestions. It simply works! Her training style is fun, engaging and her ideas are amazing. Highly recommended!
